**REFUNDS** Please contact support@FadetheRiver.com for more information about returns.
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified. If 30 days have gone by since the date your order was received from our warehouse, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The cost of return shipping is solely the responsibility of you, the customer. Exceptions to this policy may be granted if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item(s). Please contact customer service if this is the case. There are no credits, refunds or other costs that FadetheRiver and its entities will incur for you to return any purchased from our website.
Please include your invoice with your order, along with a note explaining your reason for returning the item(s). Please specify if you would prefer:
1) Refund
2) In-Store Credit (in the form of a Gift Card)
3) Exchange*
*If you would like to exchange your item for another of equal value, please list the item, as well as the size, color, etc. if applicable.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and
inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received
your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will
be processed for the subtotal of your order (we do not refund shipping
costs) and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or
original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. Please note that
depending on your credit card company and/or bank, processing time may
vary.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Warranty
***Warranty only extends to the FadetheRiver.com website. ***
Replacement is your only remedy under our warranty. Your only remedy
under our warranty is the above mentioned replacement (30 days from the
date of delivery) of your eligible unit. Neither this warranty nor any
other warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, shall
extend beyond the 30 day warranty period. Under no circumstances shall
FadetheRiver be liable for any special incidental, indirect, or for any consequential damages.
**VERY IMPORTANT**
Unless the item(s) are
defective, eligible purchases made during our truck giveaways are
non-refundable if returned after the end of the promotional period.
After the promotional period has ended, you may return item(s)
purchased, and if eligible for a return, you may have your choice of
another item of equal value, or we will issue you a Gift Card for the
equivalent value to be redeemed at your convenience. If we allowed
refunds for purchases during our truck giveaways, customers could simply
return their purchase for a refund because they didn’t win. Since your
purchase earned you entries to win (and we can’t ‘return’ your entries
once the giveaway has ended), and to continue to be able to support and
offer our giveaways, we must enforce this policy.
As noted when placing your order, please allow extra time for fulfillment during the WSOP; giveaway promotional period.
Shipment Disclaimer
Although our websites may provide shipping time frames, these are only estimates. They are not meant to be promises or commitments of arrival times. Please do not rely on them for your item to arrive according to those dates.. Shipping time frames vary depending on many things including how many orders we receive, status of inventory, service levels and more. Please be patient and we will contact you with a tracking number as soon as it is available. FadetheRiver and all related entities are not responsible and cannot be held liable for the timing and/or quality of any shipping services.
International Customers
FadetheRiver is not responsible for any additional
costs that may occur through duties, taxes, and any other fees that may
arise due to international customs and shipping costs. You are
purchasing our products knowing additional costs that may occur are
solely the responsibility of you, the purchaser.
Limitation of Liability
You agree that you are using our services at your own risk, and that
they are being provided to you on an “AS IS” basis. We are not liable,
and you agree not to hold us responsible for any damages or losses,
resulting directly or indirectly. Once an item is packaged and shipped,
we are no longer responsible for any damages, shipping delays, or
mis-handling on behalf of the shipping carrier. If you have questions or
issues with your shipment, you must contact the shipping carrier, with
the provided tracking number on your order.
Limitation of Promotional Items
Only one (1) promotional item, if available, may be added per completed order. Under no circumstances may a customer add more than one (1) promotional item, if available, to any completed order. FadetheRiver and its entities reserve the right to remove any additional promotional items mistakenly added or allowed to a single completed order
